Can someone help me understand the business role better?
Hello, I’ve recently been really intrigued in the business sector of Apple as a consumer and hopefully future employee once I finish my studies and have seen the roles posted for Business Expert, Business Pro, etc. I’m genuinely interested in what I’ve been told but really can’t begin to comprehend the role based on the mixed reviews I’ve received.
Can someone on this team please help me understand these roles better? From what I’ve been told they essentially deal with business owners and are 30% on the floor, 70%, communicating with businesses.
What does a day in the life look like? Follow-ups? Meetings? What is the typical schedule? What does a business manager do? Are there reports? Are the uniforms the same? What’re expectations as far as how you present yourself? When you’re on PTO, what does that look like for your team? How many members are typically part of this group?
Anything helps, I’ve even been to stores to ask but really don’t get much feedback.
