Is it impossible to get a bilateral salpingectomy covered when you’re under 21 in Arkansas when under BCBS through Medicaid

Is it impossible to get a bislap covered when you’re under 21 in Arkansas when under BCBS through Medicaid? I called twice and they said it was covered and there were no stipulations and a gyno is willing to schedule the surgery… but online it says Medicaid doesn’t let you get the surgery under 21. I’m confused

1. Do I need to be mentally prepared to get a pap smear on the day of consultant or sometime before surgery?

2. Should I hold off on getting an "unconventional haircut" until after my consult and/or surgery so I seem more mature?

3. Will trembling hands, stuttering and just general anxious behavior discredit me?

4. In my opinion I'm not very good at getting my thoughts out in clear concise ways, I always feel the need to over explain and clarify and I feel like I tend to come off as a bit frantic. should I just try to be quieter and what feels like painfully still?

5. I have BCBS silver, and when I called they said they would cover it but when I asked if there were any qualifications that I had to meet for them to approve they said they didn't know and my gyno would tell me. Does anyone know what those would be or if they just have to say that because the can't say those kind of certainties?
