Ive been a cc for over a year and a month and I’m tired of the job. Worst pay, getting talked down to by customers constantly, burning or freezing to death getting carts and having to pick up after everyone’s slack.

So i asked my fe leader if i could move up to be a cashier. However we have don’t have enough baggers and for the cashiers we have enough people. It’s been a while since I’ve asked and no one will quit and they will not hire any new cc’s. Its just really frustrating. I don’t know how much more i can take having this shitty position.

Does anyone have any advice on what i can do?
