I received an email from the CSC Premium Processing Unit stating:

“USCIS recognizes your interest in the final adjudication of your applications. USCIS will be making every effort to adjudicate your applications in the most efficient manner based on the Agency’s available resources.”

The email listed my H-1B, H-4, and H-4 EAD receipt numbers. Has anyone received a similar response and then received their H-4/H-4 EAD approval soon after?

Timeline Summary:

June 25, 2026: Concurrent H-1B (PP), H-4, and H-4 EAD paper filing received by USCIS

June 30, 2026 - All 3 transferred to the California Service Center.

July 14, 2026: Biometrics appointment

July 15, 2026: Primary H-1B petition approved.

Aug 12, 2026 received above response from csc and no updates yet.

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to compare my timeline with others who have concurrent H-1B (Premium) + H-4 COS + H-4 EAD cases at the California Service Center.

My timeline:

- June 25, 2026: USCIS received H-1B (PP), H-4, and H-4 EAD paper filing.

- All three cases were transferred to the California Service Center.

- July 14: Biometrics completed (I had originally been scheduled for July 28 but successfully rescheduled to July 14).

- July 15: H-1B approved.

- July 17: Contacted USCIS, and they confirmed there is nothing outstanding on my H-4/H-4 EAD case, so they have received my biometrics.

As of today, my H-4 and H-4 EAD are still pending.

Has anyone with a similar June 2026 California timeline already received:

- H-4 approval?

- H-4 EAD approval?

- If yes, how many days after biometrics or H-1B approval did your H-4 and EAD get approved?

I'm especially looking for California Service Center cases with receipt dates around June 2026.
