I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Yugo Champaign South 3rd Lofts because I’m no longer attending UIUC. The lease is available beginning August 16, 2026 and runs through July 31, 2027.

Details:

• One bedroom/lease in a shared 3-bedroom, 1-bath Classic apartment

• 807 sq. ft. unit

• $759 monthly rent + $15 DWP fee ($774 total monthly recurring charges)

• Furnished student apartment

• Kitchen and living area

• Close to the UIUC campus
