Posting for a friend

I was on ozempic for over 2 years. The last few months, I was on 1.5. I didn’t lose anything. Like zero. It helped great with my blood sugars, but no weight loss. Then I went on Mounjaro for 3 months. I took 10. Huge appetite suppression but again, no weight loss. So now I’m trying Reta. It’s been 7 weeks, and I’ve upped my dose to 7. I’ve had a little appetite suppression, and I’ve lost 3 lbs. but the scale isn’t moving now. I eat very clean, and am in a calorie deficit. Am I just not taking enough? The emotional toll this is taking on me is bad. It’s been years of this, and I’m at my wits end. I really thought Reta would be my saving grace! All my bloodwork is great, except for inflammation. It’s high, but not crazy. I’m clearly a VERY slow/low responder. Should I go up? Please help!

I should add:
I’m Type 2 and I weigh 227.
I also workout 2-3 times a week. I’m disabled, so I’m doing what I can without hurting myself
