The Anderson apartments: honest info please
Seriously considering moving into The Anderson apartments on West Anderson in October. Had a tour yesterday and loved the building and the unit we’d be moving into. Location is great for my girlfriend and I’s respective jobs and after specials, we’d be under the budget we set for ourselves which is great. The leasing agent was nice as well and professional.
After the tour, I went on Reddit and Google reviews and saw some horrible concerns people have brought up. Can anyone please share if they can confirm that the following concerns are accurate? Trying to avoid getting catfished.
- Rodent problem on the first floor secondary to trash not being picked up
- Mandatory internet that is slow and constantly going out. My girlfriend will be working from home so this would be a total dealbreaker
- Elevators and garage doors being constantly broken
- Theft or vandalism to parked cars. I get that most places have homeless people around in Austin but obviously don’t want to worry about my car being broken into or getting packages stolen
