lumbar spine were acquired. Intravenous contrast was not administered.
Comparison: None.

L2-3: Unremarkable.
L3-4: Unremarkable.

Just as the title says was wondering if anybody here has had endoscopic surgery either in the neck or back and has it provided you any long term relief?

What are treatments looking like in the near future?

I’ve been hearing a lot about adr prp, stem cells barricade devices discseels and Discgenics amongst other things but I feel like we’re in modern times where spinal fusion seems outdated and many cases don’t provide lasting relief has they’re been any projects in trial for ddd or disc protrusions and what are we looking at in the future people say adr is the new technology but I feel like i’ve heard more bad outcomes than good ?
