Im wondering about bought items and pick up items, trying to find out if I can have 2 bought items then 2 pickup items, and where can I find it in the rules, thanks

I got an elder dragon in one of my pre rift kits, and was trying to figure out what deck it would be good in instead of trying to do aurora build. I say it looks fun to run, trying to get some insight of making it a bit better. Thanks
