Ran a Race with No Results

How common is it to have the race timing system for a race to fail?

I ran a 10k locally on Sunday where instead of a timing mat, they used a big orange box with a sensor to capture Starts and Finishes.

When all the runners were in, the RD announced that they had no results. And if you placed in your AG, they'd mail you your medallion.

Is this a common thing? Is my PR stuck in the cloud somewhere and will drop later this week?

Today, I was putting in an Leave request and noticed this new category in the pull-down in GovTA. I don't recall if it was under AL or SL

Anyone familiar with it at your agency? It's not been communicated to us employees so I assume that other agencies that are paid by NFC might need to have this.

Things are getting so weird! First, my agency RIF'D most of it's COs and sent all our contracts to GSA OCAS.

Then hired many back 9 months later to do catch up / close outs, but their titles are now Contracting Specialist.

I'm a COR who now gets emails from GSA OCAS staff whose titles are listed as CO/CS in their signature block.

Can you take off your CO hat and put on your CS hat the next day?
