Should i crop them?

I have this alocasia since a week and im new on this, the tip to let dry the soil worked really well but there are 4 leafs that i think have fungus and one of them is the newest one so what should i do?, and how ?, also i started to prepare an 3d printed semihidro pot so should i do it before or after i do the trasplant?

I let it dry some inches before water it and it have indirect bright sun

Can i use a mosspole or coconut fiber tutor?

My grandma loves anthuriums all her life but she started to notice that it have aereal roots so she is asking me if she could use an tutor and if that could bring bigger leafs 😅
