We all need to boycott this place

Another day, another Vestiaire complaint. Purchased a bag back in April, listed as faux fur. as an animal lover, I would never purchase real fur. don't really like the bag and I'm moving to a tropical place, so it's not suitable for where I am going. listed it back on Vestiaire and it sold for €400, which I receive €320. I purchased for €599.90, including "authentication and quality control". send bag in and lo and behold, they are now saying the bag is real fur and does not match the listing. I again, would never purchase real fur. Have spoken to about 6 different people, one person Carlos F, naming and shaming him, tried to say it's not the same bag. Then got confirmation I would either be paid if the buyer confirmed or refunded the full amount if they didn't. I am now telling them if i am to be paid by the buyer, I want the quality control fee refunded and if I am refunded full amount, they need to remove the relist or return option, as neither of them will be happening. I'm now on to the next person who apparently works there, but clearly reading is too much for her, because despite copying and pasting the message, admitting they will refund me or pay me, she is now trying to tell me, I have to relist or return! Why are any of us still using this platform? I will be deleting as soon as I am refunded, this is the final straw for me..I am genuinely disgusted at their lack of any customer care!
