Easy Digestible Foods ?
What are your favorite meals that digest easily and are healthy but filling options ?
Background: Really skinny tall quadriplegic, because I stopped eating afraid of getting big. I want to try this because I’m really hungry but don’t want to gain fat & have a bloated stomach. I also tend to currently stop going out for weeks until my bowel is completely empty because of fear that it happens outside

How to deal with people that keep staring?
Backstory: I’m 20yo, very tall and suffered a SCI in 2025. I broke my C5-C6 and got the ASIA A Complete title 😒 I move around with my Permobil F3 Corpus, tilted back because I can’t sit up straight ( blood pressure goes down and I will faint ) but the amount of staring people that just keep looking is insane. It always makes me feel so bad after noticing that someone keeps staring. It’s like they just know I don’t belong in the wheelchair. Are there any other people that can find themselves in my story? If so, did you learn to cope with that and how?

Baclofen pump surgery
Im Asia a c6 complete, i have the procedure planned for the 17th, but im stressing like crazy. I just got injured 1.5y ago at 18. Will the pump really improve my life, and how will it be?
