This is a bit of an angry post as I've just been informed we are, going forward, being mandated to use two strap drop leg holsters at my department.

There's been no logical argument put forward in favour of this, it's purely new management with big ideas swinging their weight around.

Personally I've been using a midride one strap for a couple of years and love it but now I'm apparently being forced away from it. This is no hate on drop legs, I just prefer midride and don't want to have to change my setup because of a measuring contest between leaders.

To that end, please show me your two strap drop leg holster setups for inspiration!

I've seen complaints about this before but I've never noticed it myself, not really.

Just played a game where a guy ran though Disruption to every checkpoint completely ignoring any and all enemies on the way.

Straight up running THROUGH hordes of gaunts and zangor to then wait at the next checkpoint pinging it relentlessly until we caught up with him.

Left us to deal with a helbrute without him.

At the part where you have to defend the generators and the part when you defend the Dreadnaught he just ran around in circles training enemies but not actually helping kill any of them.

The relentless pinging of objectives and checkpoints is what annoyed me the most, objectives he wasn't even helping deal with.

He eventually went down in the last room as we placed the explosives and then immediately rage quit the game.

Some of the weirdest behaviour I've seen on this game. It was like he was playing for the fastest time without firing a shot or something.

I'll add that he was playing as tactical and didn't use his auspex at all either.

Ive only been into 40k for a year or so, so I could have missed something here, but if the emperor could engineer the custodes on the cellular level to be incorruptible by chaos, why didn't he use this same strategy when he made the primarchs?

Seems like he could have prevented any of the primarchs falling to chaos all along.

Doesn't this lend credit to the argument that he planned on the heresy happening?
