Do you think IISc is still underrated among engineering aspirants?

IISc is often regarded as one of the best institutes in India for science and research, yet many engineering aspirants seem to focus primarily on IITs during their preparation journey.

Over the years, awareness about IISc has definitely grown, but it still feels like a lot of students discover it much later than they should. Whether that's because of branding, entrance routes, career goals, or simply a lack of information, there are many possible reasons.
