The Problem
Every day, thousands of glass bottles in SWLA end up in landfills—not because they can’t be recycled, but because convenient recycling options are limited.
Glass is 100% recyclable and can be reused again and again, yet much of it is discarded as waste.

Our Solution
At GTA Recycling, we’re working to change that.
We’re building a local glass recycling network that makes it easy for residents and businesses to recycle glass waste. Instead of sending bottles to the landfill, we transform them into recycled aggregate and sand that can be used in construction, landscaping, infrastructure projects and jobs large or small.

I recently started a business in Moss Bluff/Lake Charles area ‘Glass to Agg Recycling Co.”we offer residential (monthly pick up) and commercial (weekly pickup) glass recycling. We own a very small Material Recovery Facility (MRF) [pronounced “murf”] with crush and sifter.

1. Recycle: Your Glass to Agg recycle container gets unique tag/number
2. Record: Tag/number is scanned to record pickup and amount recycled
3. Reward: The amount your household recycled is translated into actual dollars (0.05 per lbs).
4. Redeem: Every October a check is sent to subscribers to use as they desire. (Check bc some pay by credit card

New memberships for $10 monthly or $100 annually. Refer a neighbor/friend and get 1 month free (3 free month referral limit)
