I got a device ban? From the Samsung secure folder? My account on my secure folder got banned, but now my main is banned too?

What do I do?

I have a 2001 Ranger edge 4x4 with the 3.0 manual. I can drive fine going forward. But I hear some noises, but the noises also go away when I have a tiny bit of pressure on the brakes.

When I go in reverse it rolls 2 inches and then instantly just locks up hard, like really hard, and when I try to fight the lock up, it'll break free and then lock up. When it breaks free it sounds like its just killing itself

I got a 70 in a 55 ticket last night, I signed the ticket but the officer never gave me the actual ticket? I live in Virginia, is there anything I can do that can dismiss this case since I didn't get the ticket?
