Heightened anxiety

I have recently went back on lexapro after being off it for about 6 months. I thought it wasn’t helping my anxiety much but I learned the hard way it was 😂 I am back on it now, I started on 5mg for a month and I definitely feel a bit less anxious but 1.5 weeks ago I have started 10mg and I feel a lot of heightened anxiety now. I know this is normal but I’m wondering how to get through it. I cannot sleep due to my anxiety. I worry at night my house will go on fire, someone in my family will get a heart attack, something will happen my pets etc and get very distressing images so cannot sleep. I’m able to distract myself a bit more during the day. I’ve mentioned this to my doctor but he’s said it will take a few weeks to settle. How can I get through this awful feeling?

Interview nerves

Does anyone have any advice for interviews? I am an anxious person naturally and have such a fear of interviews. I am an NQT and am applying to lots of jobs but hearing nothing back. I haven't got an interview yet but I am actually scared to secure one!! I feel I will do bad and not answer correctly. I'm even too nervous to go to a career coach for help on interviews.
