Are my WHOOP HR zones unusually high? Zone 2 starts at 148 bpm

I'm 18, and my WHOOP HR zones look really high compared to normal HR zones. Here they are (auto-adjusted, not manual)

My max HR is 203, and my resting HR is around 45. Is this normal for someone my age, or should I manually adjust the zones? (Ps. I run 3 times a week and go gym 4-5 times a week)

Anyone else have issues with Whoop HR tracking on treadmill runs?

Running at 9km/h (6:40/km pace) on the treadmill and my Whoop was reading 165bpm, which felt way too high for that pace. For context , I'm 18, played football my whole life, train in the gym regularly, and my VO2 max is 58, so I wouldn't expect that kind of effort to put me anywhere near 165. I was perfectly fine during the run as well like i could see myself easily having a conversation without any problems.

Has anyone else noticed their Whoop reading high on treadmill runs specifically? Wondering if it's a strap fit issue, treadmill orarm swing interference, or something else. Thinking about testing it against a chest strap to compare. Any insight appreciated.
