Is support non-existent?
I recently applied and did the admission.
Next is the orientation but I haven't received the email for that login information. Was able to find the username but no matter how many times I request a password it's not sent to me.
Every response sent is a cookie cutter response about how orientation is required etc, but never addressing the specific technical issues.
Also inquiring whether a JST, Joint Service Transcript, can be reviewed for transfer credits and just get redirected to a page that won't accept them as an upload etc. Again never getting an actual response, just a cookie cutter response.
Is everything ran by AI chatbots here?
I want an affordable option to a degree but also don't want to be too heavily invested for something that ends up being a waste of time.
Does it get better?
