Which species from Mass Effect would provide the most value if integrated into the Covenant, and how would their integration affect the current rankings among Covenant species? How would the existing Covenant species feel about their new members?
I know this post is an entirely related to halo, but I thought it was a funny question to think about.
The covenant comes in the mass effect universe relatively around Mass Effect 3 before the final battle and takes care of the reapers but end up being worse with them shortly defeating most of the species in submission
