Who has this or remembers this book?

Just went thru my cookbooks looking for a recipe for dinner tonight and I forgot about this book. My mom gave this to me for Christmas back in 2001 when I first started growing peppers to make my own homemade hot sauces. Now I'm gonna have to go thru it and make some recipes from it😁🤤

It's Finished.

It took 6 hours.it really powdered up fine. It did change the taste of the pepper flavor. Now it is a mix of super sugary and very fruity taste with the heat lvl raised, with all the flavors hitting you at the same time. Very tasty. 10 oz of peppers turned into 1 oz of powder.

Dehydrating time

Just started my dehydrator with 30 sugar Rush peach peppers cut into quarters about 145° f for 9 hours approximately rotating every few hours. Looks like my next powder is going to be fish peppers and then lastly my chocolate Trinidad scorpion pepper. I just got my first pepper started on one of four scorpion pepper plants.

First harvest

Not too bad of a first harvest. sugar rush peach (10.3 oz)and supposedly Bonnie thai hot peppers (0.2 oz). They looked more like birds eye peppers to me. 1/2 to 1 in long.

My peppers update

Just a little showing of how my peppers are coming along.

First 2 photos are fish peppers, next 3 are sugar rush peach, next thai hot, and last 4 are my chocolate scorpions. Dang leaves on the chocolate scorpion are bigger than my hand lol. They may look like a mess but we just had a strong central Florida shower yesterday. Lots of wind, rain and some hail. No biggie they will come back. Also my sugar Rush peach peppers are about ready to be picked. Along with some thai peppers.
