Why use many words when few words do trick?
 
I opened a Discord community about a week ago for gamers. While gaming is the initial tether that binds us, the primary focus of the server is to provide a safe space for those that value community and friendship above all else. We value quality over quantity.
 
This server is 18+, and we do a short screening just to ensure you’re an adult and that you’re not a bot or trying to sell people stuff.

We are opening our social and gaming server to chill adults (18+) that want to connect and build friendships!

Casual gaming may be the thread that brings us together, but this is a community that's focused on hanging out, making friends, and having a good time. If you're looking for people who truly and genuinely care about others in the community, then this is the spot for you. We even have a mental and emotional wellness check channel, because we all need a friend sometimes.

All that's asked of you is that you make an effort to jump into chat and participate. We're here for quality, not quantity.

You don't even have to the gaming elite to fit in either! We're also here for general banter, sharing memes and people's favorite music. It's a safe corner of the internet with absolutely -zero- drama involved.

Two quick things:

-We are just beginning the recruitment process. But we'll be screening people as fast as possible to get them into the community. Members that join during the first month will get an exclusive ‘First Spawn’ tag as a token of our appreciation.

-And yes, we do a short screening before you're able to enter the server. This helps us to determine if people may put effort into server chat, but more importantly, it helps to keep spammers and bots out of the community.
