AWS Advanced Networking Specialty exam expires in 11 days. Tried to schedule the recertification exam and got my account blocked.

Pearson VUE support in the meantime:

1. Contact us via chat
2. Chat support does not have access anywhere - please call this phone number
3. Calling the support by phone - please send us an email, because we can not do anything here
4. Sending email - no response for a couple of days
5. Repeat steps 1-2, escalation - got response via email - we need more information
6. Sent the required information via email - no response
7. Repeat steps 1-2, escalation - we need 2-4 business days
8. After one week - No result 👍

And no other options to pass the AWS exam

I’m AWS expert with 12 years of experience in IT and 8 years of experience with AWS.
I’m also AWS Ambassador and AWS Community Builder.
