Colosso Competitor Waiting Room detail: Sol Rug

Hi everyone! First time posting in this group; been a huge fan of GS since about 2009, and i sometimes get the urge to replay through the series. This time, I’m playing the patched version. Interesting changes with the classes; a bit confusing but fun nonetheless! ANYWAYS, I noticed the rug in the colosso waiting room is the exact same sun pattern as the tiles in Sol Sanctum before you get to the Elemental Stars. I was a bit surprised but then it immediately clicked in my brain that of course Babi would have little things in his mansion that would be inspired by alchemy, especially considering how many scholars he has working for him, including Kraden. Just a little detail I wanted to share since it’s my first time noticing it, despite this being like the 10th time in my life that I’ve played through the first game. Highkey, now I want two real rugs with the insignia for Luna on one and Sol on another 😆 loop

Anxiety after Wave 1, Track 2 Intro to Focus 10

Hey everyone! I’m still fairly new to the tapes, so any information would be helpful.

I felt a little anxious after I did Wave 1 Track 1 orientation, but when I moved onward to Intro to focus 10 and then Advanced focus 10, my body got into a really relaxed state after doing the 10 point relaxation thing and my mind became very active, it felt like I was detaching from my body. When that happened, I forced myself to go back into my body, but I finished the rest of that tape and that’s where the anxiety started. This was about a week ago and it’s not as bad as the first couple of days, but the anxiety still lingers and I have to ground myself more frequently throughout the day or focus really hard on my surroundings to keep it away. It made my brain feel heavy and scattered, like I built up too much energy in my mind and it’s been causing me to have anxiety-induced intrusive thoughts that I’ve had on occasion before, but not to this extent. Someone recommended that I move on to track 4, “release and recharge” but I want to make sure I’m well-informed before I try anything else. Has anyone had any similar experiences with these stages and could offer any suggestions? Any information helps!
