Since we have utilities for health, ammo, and movement, what about ones for the wizards in the bar, too?

Some kind of enchanted chalk, or a tiny projector looking device. Either way, it will place a large circle of ley lines on the ground (perhaps glowing for better visibility). While inside it’s radius, the efficacy of spells is increased in some way. This could be any one or multiple of the following:

•Spell Cooldown Reduction

•Kills Reduce Cooldown (same effect as the Battlemage Joker)

•Spell Duplication (Like certain spells going through Portal. This one sounds a little strong in my opinion but could be cool.)
