My Hoya has no scent

I have a beautiful Hoya that started flowering two years ago after about 3-4 years with no flowers. The flowers are stunning - white on the edges turning to dark pink in the centre.
I was so happy when I saw the first buds, but then somewhat disappointed with the lack of scent.
I love the overwhelming scent of Hoya flowers, and had no idea that I’d purchased one that didn’t smell like that.
Obviously I still love this beauty, but I’d like to get a new Hoya that has a strong scent.

Please send me your recommendations for strong-scented Hoya varieties!
(I’m happy to wait another four years for it to flower)

Beginner advice and Australian Autoharpists?

Hey all, so I'm brand new to autoharping, and I adore it so far. I've wanted one for years (since I first saw the incredible Catherine O'Hara in A Mighty Wind), and a few months ago I started actively looking for an affordable one. I now have a 15-chord chromaharp.

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good guide/book/course for learning? I've been following some tutorials on YouTube, but I'd like to go a bit further and be a bit more concentrated.

And I'm also wondering how many of you fine folk live in Australia? I'm in Sydney, and I'm not sure the best places to find others who play over here.

Thanks all!

Hi all,

It’s been a few years since I’ve had a regular pen pal, but I’d love to get back into it.

I love writing whimsical letters and include stickers and collage things, poetic phrasing, deep thoughts, and unbridled silliness. Maybe you do too?

I live in Australia, and I’d love to write to all sorts of people in any location.

I also love snail-mail art - think Mr Squiggle but via post. (If you don’t live in Australia, Mr Squiggle is an old kids TV show where a puppet would get sent a drawing with a couple of random lines on it and he would turn it into an artwork)

I think I’m particularly interested in people who would potentially like to keep writing over a long time if we click (but no pressure for a super quick reply - we are people, life gets exhausting sometimes)

If any of this sounds like something you’d be interested in, let me know
