Hi guys, i just really need some guy’s opinions, i have been with my girlfriend 4 years and we have sex around once a week, sometimes I can go for 5 minutes, but most of the time it’s 30 seconds.

Is there anyway i can stop this happening? it is so annoying to finish that quick
