Really cool open exhibition in the undercroft gallery (under the war memorial at the top of the market). Nice variety of paintings, plus free activities and workshops daily. open until the end of the week!

Seems to be from the 1880s judging by reporting on Anglo Egyptian war and reference to Beer Dealers Retail Licences Act. The writing is slightly embossed from the printing press which is something you don't see on new newspapers.
