My friend doesn't want to watch the whole series and isn't into superheroes enough to follow it, but she's looking for a good wlw ship and I suggested Avalance.

1. It needs to be self contained enough that while the overarching plot can be there, the episode isn't overrun by it. So season finales won't work.

2. Lots of Avalance moments that show them well together or has them as the focus.

My first thought was Slay Anything but it felt plot heavy? Maybe you guys will disagree? It's in my top 5 episodes.

The IKEA episode is great for the characters, and one of my favorite episodes, but I don't think it works as well if you're not attached to the characters.

Any thoughts?

The songs "Get Out While You Can" by Get Scared and the "Riddled With Bullets" by Ballyhoo are both have a reoccurring line that goes "save me from myself" and it sounds very similar.

"Save me from myself, I'm going down, down, down" 0:51

"Save me from myself, I've been to hell and back, I'm living dead" 0:28

Another example is "Superhero" by Aim Vision starts basically the same as "You're Not Welcome" by Naethan Apollo

Anyone else have any examples of this?

*Songs by the same artist don't count. Like all of Marianas Trench albums end with a grand finale, often mixing lines or notes from the full album. Also, their song "Pop 101" and "Here's to the Zeros" also doesn't count. Directly referencing a song is not the same as it accidently sounding the same. And obviously cover songs and mashups also wouldn't count.
