I have an existing Reddit Support ticket and have already replied to the same email thread. For those who have dealt with Support before, how long do you usually wait before sending another follow-up? Is there any recommended interval?
My previous account was locked and suspended, and I contacted support about five times since June 23.
It has now been around 6–7 weeks with no response beyond the initial confirmation email.
How long does it usually take for Reddit support to respond or resolve cases like this?
