Im 10 weeks and 6 days and i swear ever since I got pregnant I have the weirdest,realistic, and wildest dreams. Its so crazy i wake up in a panic. Is this normal?

It is normal not to have symptoms. I think my only symptoms is being exhausted and constantly using the bathroom. Like I have no morning sickness and other symptoms and it freaks me out a bit. I don't have an appointment until June.
