Recently i decided to play with the Monk of the Sacred Mountain, but im confused about how the Iron Limb Defense works, precisely this part: "a monk of the iron mountain can deflect blows with an active defense"
¿Blows can be a slashing or bludgeoning weapon?
¿I have to do a throw?
Hello, I recently did a search for magical items that would help me as a monk, I found the monk's robe, but I don't know where I can buy it or look for it. I think I could find it in a monastery, or someone with the feat of craft woundorous items can make it for me, please correct me if I'm wrong.

Hello, I have a dilemma with my DM. I argue that Lightning bolt is an area of effect attack.
I ask here because I want to know if the improved evasion of the monk (level 12) has an effect against this spell.
