As a man how do you take a picture of urself in public without feeling feminine

At baseline I’m unhappy and I feel like I’m too old to be feeling like this.
I’m 24 about to be 25 and feel alone, alienated, and unsupported by the community that’s supposed to be my family.
Years before I relied a little on the support from my co workers, friends from highschool, and college but they moved to different states. Now that I graduated college and a completely independent adult (still living under my parents roof) I just feel uninspired, insecure, unsupported, unseen, and undervalued.
