VESA mount pivot/rotation joint
Hello, hopefully this is the right place to ask this question. Recently I bought a new monitor and mounted it on this. Whenever I tried to rotate my monitor even a little bit, it always rotated in small increments and every increment you can hear a creaking/cracking noise from either the mount or the monitor (not sure which one). On my old monitor I also used to notice that when I did this, I could see the backlight bleed in the middle of the screen for a brief moment during the cracking, the same way if you were to apply pressure on the screen with ur finger for example. In the photos I uploaded, the pivot/rotation joint is really tight and from the looks of it there is no way of loosening it? The “bolt” is fully circular. Could this damage my monitor long term?
