Can someone explain why its advised NOT to select forbearance when submitting the ECF after your 120th payment?

I've heard the advice to not request forbearance until the following month after you've submitted the ECF, but I'm nervous because calling MOHELA has been a nightmare for people. On hold for 4 or 5 hours sometimes.

1st year homeowner. Received an escrow overcharge check, but they are still using last years taxes.

Hi, I bought my first house at the end of july last year. My city tax schedule is August summer taxes due and December winter taxes due.

I'm in Michigan, so taxes uncapped this year. They went from about $1,700 per year to $3,800 per year (😭)

They finally just let me know how much my summer taxes are $3,500. My homeowners insurance also went from $850 to $980 per year. I added $2,100 to my escrow account. Bringing my escrow account to about $4,100. They charged my escrow for the $980 for insurance, but not taxes yet. All this happened within the last 10 days.

I received in the mail an estimate of my projected escrow account for the year dated from june 18th. Which means they used last years taxes AND insurance costs. Then they attached a $295 check for overpayment. They also only estimated my increased paymen for the next year by 18 cents, lol.

But...I'm not going to be overpaid, and my new payment should be going up by about $170 a month per my calculations.

Should I send the check back?

Am I crazy?

(Yes)

First and last time I'll be watching this 100 lbs 10 month old puppy 🤣😭

This is him after 6 and a half hours of nonstop playing.

We went on a 35 minute walk in the rain where he almost ripped my arm out multiple times for his excitement over sticks. So.many.sticks.

He ran around in the mud puddles he created from the 75 holes he had dug in the backyard. He ran around in the rain, digging more, splashing, barking into the holes. I had to chase him around with the hose to wash him off before coming back in.

We played hours of tug of war. To the point I was just dragging him around the house to keep him from barking at me for not playing well enough for his standards.

He also got out of the fence TWICE because the fence was broken (they didn't tell me) and the ghetto fix I questioned them about when I saw it didn't hold. I carried about 15 bricks through the yard (I dunno why they had bricks back there) to stack up in front of the broken fence. While simultaneously running to try to stop him from knocking it all over to escape again because I couldn't get him inside.

He put everything, I mean EVERY, in his mouth. The garden hose nozzle, the garden hose, the bottle of weed killer, towels I used to dry him.. It was a game every time. Chasing him around trying to save him from certain distraction and death.

He ate part of their couch at some point in his life and kept going back to it if I dared to stop entertaining him for more than 7 seconds.

All of this in between humping me nonstop. At any free moment when he wasn't committing felonies, he was trying to hump me.

So, at this moment, I sat on the couch and filmed him going berserk on his own dog bed. Questioning all my life choices that led me here to this 100 lbs toddler.

I had one more hour and one more walk to do after this.

I left there with $39, covered in muddy paw prints from forehead to ankle, and a new outlook on imposter syndrome.

My puppy rate is now doubled.

I've been on Slynd for 2 years. Recently I lost about 15 lbs, but my boobs keep growing. Anyone else?!

Hi, I'm 2 weeks shy of turning 36. No kids. I had one pregnancy many years ago that ended.

I was on and off birth control from age 16. I had an IUD from 30 to just before 33. It eventually took my periods away after about a year. But I had it removed because I got a lot of UTIs and BV while I had it. Then, the arm implant for 6 months. I started bleeding nonstop so had it removed and started slynd.

I like slynd. Back to no periods, but my boobs are huge. Even when I was way up in my weight they werent this big.

I was always a 36 or 38 C depending on my weight since I was probably 17. Now I'm a 38 DD! But I've lost 15 lbs and they aren't shrinking. Like in the car, I could always put my seat belt between my boobs. Not anymore. The seat belt slides over them because theres no room in the middle anymore.

Anyone else have this side effect? Or is it just because I'm older? I'm confused 😅
