Or how do I add lip sync to a omni reference video that has a storyboard using a mp4 of the voice over? I've seen that you can use AI avatar and use a still image to lip sync but I have a 15 second scene storyboarded out and cant figure out how to add a VO and lip sync it.

I don't need a bunch of bells and whistles I'm just looking to make storyboards and character sheets in chatgpt and using seedance 2.0 for the video creation.

I can afford to spend around $100 a month. I only want a monthly plan/credits I'm not touching anything that is yearly.
