Are there any adjustable (around the waist) pull up belts? My son, who is fifteen, is looking to add some weight during his pull ups, but he is so skinny around the waist that most belts would fall right off, especially the leather ones.

A weight vest could work, but also needs to be size XS. What could work for him to add some extra weight?
