Stairmaster session training for mountain hiking in 2 months.

Wearing a backpack with 2 x 10kg plates. And some random stuf i'm to lazy to take out. Think total weight is 22kg.

Switching every 2,5 minutes between normal stepping, side step each side and dubble stepping. 4 different movements every 10 minutes basicly.

People say I'm psychotic. But i kinda enjoy it.
