Transactional emails for digital and physical products
I have both physical and digital products. I am signed up with Omnisend but they can not handle putting the product link in the email like the default woocommerce does.
I'd like the workflow to work like this:
Customer orders PDF and on payment> Gets one email with a direct link to their download = end of the transaction emails.
For the physical products> A different email which details acknowledges the order and includes info about shipping > then the shipped notification.
When/if someone were to order both a physical and digital item in the same order I would like to have the download link in the order received email - here is your file. The physical item will be shipped etc.
Can anyone recommend plugins or service that allows me to have two different workflow emails based upon the category of my product, AND have the download link in emails?
