2 week old kittens haven’t pooped

Rescued these two kittens from outdoors. I got them on fri 5/15 and now it’s Monday 5/18 and no poop. Im using KMR formula 3 tbsp formula 6 tbsp water mixed to feed both kittens. They are being syringe fed and for the most part have a good latch and drink about close to 10ml per feeding each kitten. I’m just really worried about the poop part. I’m using a damp warm wipe. Their pee is yellow and they do it after every feeding stimulation. I personally am an inexperienced bottle feeder and really need help with this part before seeking vet help. Financially I am also not there not knowing how much it’ll cost. TIA!

Hello, my mother and I currently feed some cats in her apartment complex. When she first moved in there about 2 years ago only like one cat was fixed. I worked on getting the rest of them TNRd and really no other new kitties have came since then. It’s usually the same ones that come and go. The apartment complex is small and my mom lives on the second floor to which some of them come upstairs then leave. One of the neighbors recently started to complain about a cat peeing on her rug and the office manager told my mom. My mom understands but got really upset and emotional. She let some of her anger & emotions out and told them we fixed the cats and that those cats have been there for years until NOW this new neighbor wants to complain. At one point of the conversation the office manager said they were going to call animal control and once my mom said they were fixed she backed off and said they weren’t going to. Either way, that set off my mom because if our county animal control gets a hold of them they will be most likely euthanized. But to be honest, these cats aren’t always around at the same time and get fed frequently so I’m not sure how successful they would be.

There’s about 2-3 cats that let my mom touch them and really they aren’t just feeder friendly but genuinely get along with my mom and I. My mom is planning on moving out of these apartments when their lease is up next year and possibly just making an extra room for a couple of these cats that she can work with and socialize. She currently has no space in her 1 bedroom apartment to bring them in. Anyway, I need advice on what we should do. My mom made a citrus formula to spray when it gets dark where the cat has been peeing and she’s really the only one that cleans up after others such as sweeps the apartment stairs, mops it, disinfects it. The upstairs neighbors always drag their trash along the concrete and get it all over the floor which gets all sticky and there goes my mom to voluntarily clean it up. Bottom line is these cats have been around for a long time and it’s nothing new that yes they poop in the grass and it smells as well as pee downstairs. There’s also about 2 other neighbors that feed these cats and we know who they are. I’m just seeking advice to this situation to keep the cats safe as well. My mom truly is always cleaning up and if that’s what’s gonna take, she will keep doing it. Thanks!
