Anyone else struggling with color accuracy on the VITURE Beast? (Skin tones are way too yellow)
Hey everyone,
I've been using my VITURE Beast glasses for about a month, and I’m having a really hard time dialing in the color accuracy.
At first, I just noticed that something felt slightly "off" with the image, but I couldn't quite pinpoint what it was. It only became obvious when I watched a Coffeezilla video on YouTube. In his talking head videos, he wears a white shirt, and his theme is generally on the yellow side, but when watching with the Viture Beast, the yellow was shifted quite hard that he literally looked like he has jaundice.
I’ve already tried troubleshooting this through a few different methods, but none of them have worked:
- On-Glasses Settings: Cycled through the default presets (True Color, Film, etc.), but the yellow tint persists across all of them.
- Mac System Settings: Swapped around different Display Presets in
System Settings > Displayson my Mac, but it didn't solve the underlying panel calibration. - VITURE Web Tuning Tool: Connected to the calibration tool on the VITURE website, but the sliders are pretty limited and I couldn’t find a balance that looks natural or accurate.
Has anyone else dealt with this specific yellow tint issue on the Beast? If you managed to fix it or create a custom profile (either via ICC profiles on macOS or specific RGB values in the web tool) that gives natural skin tones, could you share your settings?
Appreciate any help or workarounds!
