I'm trying to enable Android and Linux features so I can do more than check email and watch YouTube on & none of the stuff I've seen in tutorials is working. What should I do? I feel like I should've just left it alone with Windows 10. I was so excited to get it installed & now I feel like I rendered this laptop functionally useless.
So, I have an old HP currently running Windows 10 with 8gb of RAM that I'm considering converting to FydeOS. The harddrive has a small partition set up as a recovery drive for Win 10. During the Fyde install, will it give me the option to consolidate both partitions into a single install? I've never does an flash install before. Also, will the necessary drivers for my wireless ethernet/trackpad/sound & audio all be built into the kernal, or is that something I should worry about?
I recently inherited a laptop from a deceased relative and their profile still exists on the login page, but it does not appear under Other Users under Account Settings, so I cannot remove their profile despite having Administrator privileges (I was able to remove my niece's profile, but not the owning relative. I have no idea how to clear it off and, as you might imagine, it's really depressing every time I power it on and see their name there. My OS Build # is 26200.8875 if that helps at all.
After I claim the station and find the secret room, is there more to the actual quest (i.e. fixing up/adding on to the station or secret missions) or is claiming the station the reward for doing the quests?
If I finish the Watchtower main quests without taking out all of the arrays & listening posts, does Stardock still get completed?
Also, what happens when I run out of Watchtower Components & can no longer recharge my skydrops? I have no idea why that wasn't tied to credits.
