JK Property Management is growing, and we're looking for an exceptional Property Manager to join our team in Great Falls, Montana.
This isn't a position for someone who simply wants to "collect rent." We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, staying organized, and helping owners protect one of their largest investments while providing excellent service to residents.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Communicating with property owners and residents
- Conducting property inspections
- Negotiating lease renewals
- Ensuring compliance with Montana landlord-tenant laws
- Working with an experienced team that values professionalism and continuous improvement
We're looking for someone who:
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented
- Communicates professionally in person, over the phone, and in writing
- Can confidently handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Is comfortable learning software and managing multiple priorities
- Takes ownership of their work and enjoys finding solutions
- Has property management, real estate, customer service, or project management experience (preferred but not necessarily required for the right candidate)
