IBS-C Help
Hey everyone! My wife suffers from IBSC pretty bad. Symptoms have been pretty bad over past several years which include constipation, abdominal pain, small
hard stools and bloating.
Meds we’ve tried with minimal success include Linzess, Montegeity, Trulace, IBSRELLA, Mesalamine and Lactulose as needed. She’s also had several colonoscopies and USs which were all unremarkable.
Diet includes eggs, lactaid cottage cheese, grilled chicken, some vegetables (have to be careful with that one), tofu, tubers. She hardly ever eats bad and will often have to resort to pretzels when her symptoms are bad.
Anyone here have any suggestions? Any and all advice is greatly appreciated. My wife lives such a healthy lifestyle and I hate seeing her like this. Many thanks in advance.
