For a hermanns tortoise, can i keep the first lamp and replace the bulb with the 3rd one in the second photo? Or do i have to buy a new one?

The first photo is what i bought a few months ago. The other 2 photos is what i wanna buy. I have a budget (40 dollars for each of the items) . If its not good enough please give me any suggestions.
