Hello! I am conducting a short anonymous survey as part of my interior design graduation project. The survey is intended for individuals living with a chronic condition or invisible/hidden disability and aims to better understand their experiences and needs when using social and recreational spaces.

No personally identifying information is required. All results will be used for academic purposes only.
