Treadmill too bouncy for NPE Runn sensor - any tips ?

I have a pro form endurance s7.5 , just got it . Tried to connect NPE Runn and it was working until I actually started running on it. Speed either dropped on the Runn from actually by a few 0.1kmh but then it’d just completely disconnect and only reconnect again when I’d hop off treadmill. Any advice or tips?

Zwift runn and cheap treadmill with NPE Runn question

Dad with young kids and time constraints, thinking of buying a 2nd hand treadmill likely cheap enough so won’t have Bluetooth, and NPE Runn to use workouts on zwift? I have Zwift for the bike and it’s great. Makes me do interval workouts I never would otherwise. I rarely do interval or zone 4 runs so this could help that. Added benefit of being at home and on hand for family if needed. Interested if others have done it? 95kg runner, so will need a sturdy but cheap treadmill

Hi, seeking some input. Triathy race in 4 weeks. Only starting to properly train now.

First time doing a triathlon. Swam competitive as a kid, did a 1km swim a few years ago, but should be ok for 750 and reckon I could train up to 1500 within the month?

Cycle wise, other than commuting to work a few years ago, I haven’t done any but again, I think the 40k could be doable. Been doing a fair bit of running last few months, 7km a couple of times a week, and did a half marathon a month ago. Not a natural runner at all.

I’m quite competitive. While I’ve signed up to the sprint, I think I’d be hard on myself for not attempting the Olympic on the day? Is it feasible in 4 weeks? Just looking to finish , not too concerned about times. Appreciate your thoughts
