I Need to Understand Something

Does job hunting here in Qatar mean that, in every interview, you have to be the best speaker in the history of galaxies and planets?

I prepare well for every interview. I research, prepare my answers, and speak in the best way I possibly can. Then, during the interview, they seem interested in me, the conversation goes well, and after that… nothing.

So what am I doing wrong?

Do you have to somehow know what the interviewer is thinking and give the answers exactly the way they want to hear them? Do you have to say the answers they are dreaming of?

What exactly are they looking for?
I genuinely want to understand how this works.

Calling All Football Players in Algeria – I Need Your Feedback

I’m building a football match booking and organization app for players in Algeria, and I’m now in the final stages before launch.

As someone who’s played football my entire life, I built this app from a player’s perspective to solve the real problems we all face when organizing matches, finding games, and booking pitches.

Now I need your help.

I’m looking for football players, team captains, and anyone who regularly organizes matches to test the app and give honest feedback. I don’t just want people to click around—I want real users who can tell me what’s good, what’s confusing, and what should be improved before the official release.

If you’re interested in testing it or know someone who would be, please leave a comment or send me a message. Your feedback will help shape the final version.
Also, if you have ideas on the best way to get this app into the hands of real football players across Algeria, I’d really appreciate your suggestions.

Thank you!

Hiring manager basically welcomed me, then I got an automatic rejection. What happened?

Hi everyone,
I’m confused about an interview experience in Sn***u and would love some insight.
I passed the HR interview and was invited to a final interview with the Line manager. The interview went really well. After most of my answers, he said I had already covered everything and he had nothing to add.
At the end, he spent several minutes explaining the role and the business in detail, asked if I was comfortable with everything, and then said, “Welcome, HR will follow up with you.

After 10 days, I sent a follow-up email. Instead of a reply, I immediately received an automated rejection email saying I wasn’t selected.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Could this mean another candidate was chosen, or u need to be the best interview talker in the planet to pass?!
