I wanted a simpler daily dashboard. So I built a free iOS app that reads Coros data from Apple Health.
Hey guys,
I love my Coros watch, but sometimes EvoLab feels a bit too hardcore for my daily life. I just wanted a clean, simple way to check if I should run today or take a rest, without digging into too many charts.
Since the Coros app syncs all our workouts, HR, and sleep to Apple Health anyway, I spent some weekends building a minimalist iOS dashboard for myself to read that data.
It calculates a daily Readiness score, shows a simple Training Load trend (ACWR), and tracks my sleep debt. No accounts, no subscriptions, it just runs locally on your phone.
It's called KindPace. I put it on the App Store for free in case anyone else here likes a simpler view of their stats. Let me know if you run into any bugs!
